Message	on how conventional military forces would be able to fight against terrorist and guerrilla warfare? How can they fight against an enemy that is not seen? That does not wear a uniform? Even with the massive military might of United States, a tragic event happened on 9/11, and none of the multimillion dollar aircraft's at the USAF's disposal were capable of stopping it...how could they stop it when they did not know it was going to happen to begin with?
